Post by Rapid Diver on Tue May 26, 2009 4:20 pm

Topic showcases who to contact for Training programs that utilize the Rapid Diver system as well as ongoing training programs.

Rapid Diver specific training is now available from ERDI, NAUI, NASE and PSDA. Contact me directly to get more information about these training programs. Chris@RapidDiver.com

Please note that we have a SCAN/MARK/DIVE training program. Here is some information:

SCAN/MARK/DIVE Training is now available to enhance all PSD training programs in Florida. Learn the latest Side Imaging techniques, GPS direct target marking and Rapid Diver response target inspection. The training is designed to be done in conjunction with the existing department dive training evolutions and only requires a few hours. The training can either be a "dry" day, pool day (with smaller inflatable--no motor) or we can go to your local training lake for "real-time" training.

We will supply all equipment,Inflatable boats (Zodiac), Side Imaging technology (Humminbird 1197c) and the Rapid Diver systems with the excepting for personal dive gear. There is no charge for this training, call or email to reserve your SCAN/MARK/DIVE training dates. We will keep you informed of other inter-agency training locations if you are interested in joining teaming up with another Department.

PM or email chris@RapidDiver.com for more info.

rapid diver was used in large search operations to clear targets of intrest in a shallow lake, the con fig was rapid diver with a psd pack on back webbing(psd pac is 50 cuft with fm spg and drysuit hose)
classes for this system provided by Dive911.com. this was a great fit with all the safety of the traditional psd kit but with a better fit and comfort for the diver in a long operation
