Rapid Diver Small Boats and Inflatables Empty Inflatable Boats

It is a natural fit, a small light weight dive system and a small lightweight boat. Inflatables have been the core of Navy SEAL combat raids.

Check out this National Guard clip:

Rapid Diver Small Boats and Inflatables Empty Rapid Diver Tactical

Post by EAB Fri Sep 04, 2009 9:40 am

I had a 14 hour day Monday working as a safety diver for a TV production company. The only time I put my Rapid Diver on was to demo it for someone from the studio that wanted to know how fast I could don the gear. The marine coordinator was pleased.

I spent most of the day on a small Avon (inflatable) with my fins on and the Rapid Diver at my feet. Another diver had to sit on the back of a jet ski for 2+ hours with everything on but his mask.

The Rapid Diver system was perfect for a rescue scenario. I had a full set of traditional scuba gear nearby in case I was needed for something other than a quick response.

I added a ScubaPro Nova light and a small blunt end knife to my new Rapid Diver Tactical rig (the ScubaPro Nova is small and very bright).

I like my new setup.

On Tuesday, I went out to find an item lost overboard. I spent 23 minutes at 14' and used 1800 psi out of my 27 CuFt bottle.

BTW: It was also nice walking to the boat with my Rapid Diver system packed in its bag on my back. Mask & fins were in hand.

Are you looking for a low cost/lightweight inflatable boat? Me too!

have found a great performing boat in the $500-$1500 range that will accommodate everyone's need. Sub Sea Tactical (Rapid Diver Store) just became a dealer and I am looking forward to revealing these incredibly useful crafts in the very near future.

I will keep you posted...
